Friday 23rd September – bike *** – Two Rivers including lunch at the Ferry – cloudy.

Good morning at home, me doing my exercises while Mag told everyone her new phone number which meant time on her laptop and a trip up the town. Despite being cloudy the wind was very light and we only had a little light rain so around 1.30 we made a flask for cuppa soup plus some reduced pork pies and set off on our bikes, great to have my battery working again, sorted by Mag, she is a star:) We headed to our spot by the River Deben at Felixstowe Ferry the usual way past the Grove Park and down Marsh Lane. We enjoyed the peace and quiet while having our picnic before heading for home past the golf course and onto the prom at the Fludgers, Mags tuns up Bent Hill to do some baking while I cay onto the view point through Landguard Nature Reserve with once again some top Big Suffolk sky’s:) Back through Langer Park then home for a cuppa and cake.
Tomorrow is looking good for a windsurfing session on the River Stour with Monday and Tuesday looking even windier but sadly a tad on the chilly side!
